Everyone participating in Diving Services with Paros Scuba Club is required by law to complete a registration form with a medical questionnaire. If you answer "YES" to any questions, you must visit a physician for an exam and bring with you a written and signed permission of the physician allowing you to participate in the scuba diving. If you think you may have some medical issues, e-mail us before your arrival and we can send you the Medical Form in advance to complete it and bring it ready. Anyone who has never tried Scuba Diving but is keen to experience the thrill and excitement of breathing bubbles underwater. Anyone 10 years old and upwards can participate. The activity takes 3 hours. After registration and completing a medical questionnaire, a half hour explanation by the Instructor will go over the basic of pressure, equalization, breathing and function of the equipment to ease you into what to expect on your dive. After that, a few skills will be partied in confined, shallow water so you are confident and comfortable with the equipment and with breathing underwater. Then the pleasure of experiencing a normal dive of about 35-40 minutes, accompanied by the Instructor on one of our selected dive sites to a maximum depth of 12 meters. You receive a certificate of completion after the session and can use this certificate to go on regular dives again with Paros Scuba Club.* English, French, Italian, Spanish and Greek languages spoken.
